Once there was a great active forum discussion here. I failed to maintain the forum and it was infiltrated by spambots which filled the forum with thousands of spam posts. It was so bad that it was no longer useful, so I shut it down a few years ago. I recently took the forum database and did my best to scrub all the garbage out while keeping all the legitimate posts. It is all posted to a blogger site, so that all the information will be there for years to come. As of today, a lot of formatting is still required to make it very legible, but hopefully if you will find something useful in there anyway.
